2 DAYS NGORONGORO & TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK – from ZNZ

Day 1: Zanzibar -Arusha Airport - Tarangire National Park

Pick up from your hotel in Zanzibar early in the morning (time to be confirmed depending on location of your hotel) and transfer to Abeid Amani Karume International Airport (Zanzibar Airport) for check in early at 0700hrs.

Fly into Arusha Airport arriving at 0915hrs. Meet your moment making specialist and drive to Tarangire National Park. The natural vegetation mainly consists of acacia woodland and giant baobab trees, with huge swamp areas in the south. The park has one of the greatest concentration of wildlife outside the Serengeti ecosystem. After the game drives in Tarangire National Park and picnic lunch, start your journey to your hotel located in Karatu arriving late in the evening. Dinner & Overnight will be at Marera Valley Lodge.

Day 2: Ngorongoro Crater – Arusha Airport - Zanzibar

Flight Time: 1 hour

Driving Distance: 190km, ETA: 3 hours
Game Viewing Time: 5 hours
Activities: Game Drive
Pick up from your hotel in Karatu at 0530hrs and drive to Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater floor. The Ngorongoro Crater (19.2km of diameter, 610m deep, and 304 sq km) the crater is crowded by wildlife, is home to some of Tanzania’s last remaining black rhino also a large numbers of predators supported by a year round water supply and fodder, this breathtaking oasis provides a heaven for both predator and prey to live among grasslands. After the game drives in the Crater and picnic lunch, start your journey back to Arusha Airport for check in at 1530hrs.

Arrival at Abeid Amani Karume International Airport (Zanzibar Airport) at 1800hrs. Transfer back to your hotel in Zanzibar.
